VINYL CUTTING PLOTTER

RAYTEC FLAME POLISHER

With our highly-skilled artisans at work, flame polishing helps produce the clearest finish, exceptionally when polishing acrylic. This method is most applicable to flat external surfaces. Flame polishing is frequently used in acrylic plastic fabrication due of its high speed when compared to abrasive methods.

ACRYLIC BENDING SYSTEM

Produce bending profiles in seconds. Applicable to materials (Acrylic, PVC, PMMA, PC, PA and other thermoplastic) by heating them to a desired temperature to allow bending of angles from 30 to 180 degrees. Heater of machine is controlled by a digital thermostat which ensures accurate control of individual heating zone to ensure the precision of your bending needs.

RAYTEC CNC ROUTER

Computer Numerical Control Router, a computer-controlled cutting machine for cutting various tough materials, such as Wood, Composites, Aluminium, Steel, Plastics, Acrylics and Foams. Performing the tasks of carpentry work, CNC Router can also cut mortises and tenons. Also used in the production of many items (door carvings, interior and exterior decorations, wood panels, sign boards, wooden frames, moldings, musical instruments, furniture and etc.).

DIAMOND EDGE POLISHER

Specifically designed for polishing plastic edges such as store signage or prop with a high-quality finishing in one swift operation. Diamond Edge Polishers eliminates processes of hand-scraping, sanding and buffing.

WIDE FORMAT PRINTER

A computer-controlled printing machine that supports print roll width of 18'' to 100''. Our wide format printer provides excessive range of uses which includes posters, banners, trade show graphics, backlit film, backdrop for theatrical and movie sets, signages, murals or even architecture drawings etc. Encased with high quality print image through our up-to-date toner-based technology and inkjet.
